Details:

Showcase for pre-professional classical/chamber musicians, performing solo or in a chamber ensemble. For example, participants can be a pianist, violinist, piano trio, or string quartet.

Scholarships will be awarded in junior (under 18) and senior categories (18-25)

Participants must be:

12 – 25 years of age as of July 1, 2021

Residing in, or from, Canada’s National Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau), including those studying at university, college, or conservatoires in the area

Willing and able to participate in this summer’s Rising Stars showcase on Saturday, July 25 (in-person or virtual according to public health recommendations at the time of the festival)
